What’s new?

Here are just a few of the new features in Sage MMS v3.5:

• Sage Document Manager - this new module allows the intelligent, automatic distribution of all system documents such as invoices, remittances and statements via email, printing and fax
• List-based user interface - increases users' productivity by allowing them to select multiple items and then perform a choice of actions on each. This is in addition to the current task-based approach, which allows users to perform the same action on a number of items
• Send information direct to Microsoft Excel - easy to export, manipulate and re-import data
• Sage View Builder - powerful tool allows for the customisation of each individual's workspace to increase productivity
• Integration with ACT! v8- tight integration with ACT!, our Customer Relationship Management product leads to better customer service
• Date verification on data entry - reduces user errors without interrupting workflow
• Record credit-checking information - improves the quality of credit data available against the customer record
• Negative items on stock-takes - reflects 'real world' usage
• Supplier price lists - minimises errors in entering cost prices
• Flexible purchase pricing - update purchase price at Goods Received, to provide more accurate cost of sales postings for items with volatile pricing
• Landed Costs - more accurate costings
• Individual invoice layout per customer - improves customer-facing documentation and saves time with multiple layouts per print run
• Negative free text invoice lines - allows smoother part-exchange transactions on sales orders
